Job Njoroge is a Managing Partner at Ngatho Job & Associates. He is also the Board Chairman of Gratitude Consultants. He is a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya and Rwanda (ICPAK and ICPAR) with over fifteen years’ experience in financial management and internal control in private and public sector. Job is currently serving as a member of the Disciplinary Commission of ICPAR. Prior to going into fulltime consulting, Job worked as Senior Manager with RUMA CPA Rwanda.
He has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PWC) Assurance and Performance improvement divisions in East Africa. He has also worked for Bata Shoe Company (K) ltd as Head of Internal Control. He holds an Upper Second Class Bachelor of Commerce (Management Science) Degree and is currently pursuing part 2 of Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management).
Job has served several clients including Government of Kenya, Government of Rwanda, Government of Burundi, Office of the Auditor General Rwanda, BPR Bank Rwanda, Rwanda Bankers Association, UNDP, UNICEF, WFP, UNHCR, UNFPA, UNOPS, SIDA, Danida, EU, ASARECA, East Africa Community, World Bank, ADB, USAID, Save the Children, Kenya Roads Board, Kenya Water and Sanitation Programme (KWSP), International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Media Systems Group, Broadband Systems Corporation, among others. As a committed Christian, Job serves as a dedicated Children Ministry worker with passion.
David is a Managing partner at Ngatho Job & Associates and the Managing director of Gratitude Consultants Kenya. He is also the financial consultant for World fair trade organization(WFTO), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and a registered tax agent with over eight years of Audit, Accountancy, Tax and management experience .Prior to joining the firm David worked with Carr Stanyer Gitau & Co Certified Public Accountants where he provided audit service to a variety of clients, including Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Community Based Organizations (CBOs), Companies, Misereor funded project, UNDEF projects and other donor funded projects.
He has also worked in the finance department at Linksoft Communication Kenya Limited and Kenya Post Office Saving Bank. David holds a degree in Business Commerce from Daystar University and is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration in Strategic management
