- We are geared to providing one stop service solutions of consistent high quality to our clients.
- The appointment of a second, concurring review partner on certain audit assignments to provide consultative support to the audit team and ensure that key issues have been properly dealt with a requirement for periodic rotation of audit partners to ensure independence.
- An established local technical function which provides support to the rest of the office, including updates on developments in financial reporting and global best practices.
- A rigorous training programme for all staff, including specialist training in banking and insurance, in recognition of the specialized nature of the financial services sector.
- A requirement that all practices are subject to an independent quality review at least once every 3 years, to confirm that the office is in compliance with appropriate risk management and quality standards. We also support the introduction of a peer review system by the local accounting institute.
